These terms cover the use of Mesa unless a signed order form says otherwise. Free is free and stays free, with one workspace and three playbooks. Team and Scale are billed annually in advance, or monthly at twenty percent more, in USD excluding tax. You can add workspaces and playbooks at any time and the change is prorated to the end of the term. Either side can end the agreement with thirty days notice before renewal, and annual plans are refunded pro rata if we are the ones who end it. Mesa acts inside your tools on your instruction. You stay responsible for what your playbooks do, which is why anything marked risky needs a named person to approve it before it runs. Uptime is 99.9 percent per month on Team and Scale, measured on the public status page, with service credits set out in the order form. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, and neither side is liable for indirect loss. California law governs these terms and the courts in Alameda County have jurisdiction.
